COLOLIBRARY: BOOK RECOMMENDATIONS 2

BY TEMITOPE OLUBIIRE

There comes a time in our lives, when we make a decision to improve on ourselves and the very best way to do this, is to learn. Note that PROGRESS IS A PROCESS. Which means, the speed at which you are moving, is just a process in your life but you can make it worthwhile, by getting exposed to other people’s lives. Read books! Not just books, books that’ll aid your growth!

You might not like reading books but believe me when I say these books will change you for the better!

As an addition to the previous recommendations, if we haven’t finished those, I’d like you to check these out and tell me the ones you’ll be adding to your library.

CREATIVE THINKING

  1. A Technique For Producing Ideas –  James Webb Young.
  2. Making Ideas Happen – Scott Belsky.
  3. The Art of Innovation – Tom Kelley.

FRIENDSHIP

  1. Hateship, Friendship, Courtship, Loveship, Marriage – Alice Munro
  2. Quartet In Autumn –  Barbara Pym
  3. How to win friends and influence people – Dale Carnegie

POSITIVE THINKING

  1. How to Stop Worrying and Start Living – Dale Carnegie.
  2. The Magic of Believing – Claude M Bristol.
  3. Think and Grow Rich – Napoleon Hill.

Jane Goodall said and I quote “What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make.” A fresh start in the new month isn’t a bad idea. Be different!

Have you read any one of these books? Which ones will you attempt to read?
